About this crossing
The Presidio crossing joins Manuel Ojinaga, Chihuahua, with Presidio, Texas, in one of the most remote stretches of the border — Big Bend Ranch State Park and Big Bend National Park lie just downstream. It is a low-volume port with vehicle and pedestrian lanes, the doorway for trade and tourism between the Chihuahuan sierra and far-west Texas. Waits are usually short outside holiday weekends and the park's high seasons.
