Compare equivalent lanes
General, Ready Lane and SENTRI are separate categories. Select the same lane at each port in the comparison. Only applicable modes appear; “no data” does not mean an open lane with no queue.
Eligibility comes first
Ready Lane requires eligible documents, while SENTRI has program and vehicle requirements. Check CBP’s current instructions and the signs at the access before entering. At the Canadian border, check NEXUS rules; the requirements are not interchangeable.
