The Tornillo–Guadalupe bridge (the Marcelino Serna port) sits southeast of the Juárez Valley, connecting Guadalupe, Chihuahua, with the farming community of Tornillo, Texas. It is a modern, oversized facility built to relieve El Paso-area cargo, yet its day-to-day traffic stays light: valley residents and trucks that take advantage of its no-queue yards.
