The Boundary Bay crossing connects Tsawwassen, British Columbia, with Point Roberts, Washington — a five-square-mile American pene- exclave whose only land border is with Canada. Everything that moves in or out of Point Roberts by road passes here: residents, gas, parcel pickups and marina visitors. Traffic is local and light, with summer and beach-weekend upticks — one of the most unusual crossings anywhere on the border.
